88 Generation Students Group announced that well-wishers can donate cash for refugees in Rakhine State through their group.
"As direct cash donation to the refugees
did not go systematically, we will help manage on donation
effectively," said Ko Jimmy of the 88 Generation Students.
Three women of the group visited Sittwe
on 20 June to provide relief assistances to the refugees. The group has
already contacted with potential donors for Rakhine refugees. As the
first consignment about 2,000 assorted clothes had been sent on 18 June.
