The question about rohingya to Aung San Su Kyi

What should it be with regarding their citizenship? Are they or they are not?
၄င္းတို႕ကို ႏိုင္ငံသားအေနၿဖင့္ သမုတ္သင့္သည့္ ကိစၥႏွင့္ ပက္သက္၍ အသို႕နည္း၊ ႏိုင္ငံသား ဟုတ္၏ေလာ မဟုတ္၏ေလာ။

Daw Aung San Suu Kyi answered ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္သည္ ေၿဖေလ၏

"I do not know ငါကားမသိေခ်။
because when you talk about the rohingya, အေမာင္ေၿပာေသာ ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာဟူသည္
we are not quite sure who you are talking about. အသင္အဘယ္သူတို႕ကို ညြန္းဆိုအပ္သနည္း။
As I said ငါေၿပာၿပီးသကဲ့သို႕
there is a problem about who we are referring to. ယင္းသည္ အဘယ္သူတို႕ကို ရည္ညြန္းသနည္း ၿပႆနာသည္လည္းရွိ၏ ။

There is someone- တစ္စံုတစ္ေယာက္သည္ရွိ၏
who say that those people who claim to be rohingya are not the ones who are actually native to Burma. ၄င္းသည္ ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာဆိုသူတို႕သည္ ဗမာတိုင္းရင္းသား မဟုတ္ဟု ဆို၏။
But who are just come over recently from Bangladesh သူတို႕သည္ ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ခ်္မွ လာသည္ ဆို၏။
But, on the other hand, အၿခားတစ္ဖက္တြင္ကား
Bangladesh says "no". ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ခ်္ကလဲ မဟုတ္ဘူးဆို၏။
They don’t want them as refugees သူတို႕ကို ဒုကၡသည္ အေနၿဖင့္ လက္မခံႏိုင္ဟု ဆိုသည္။
because they are not native to Bangladesh အဘယ့္ေၾကာင့္ဆိုေသာ္ သူတို႕သည္ ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ခ်္ တိုင္းရင္းသားမဟုတ္
and they come over from Burma.သူတို႕သည္ ဗမာကလာသည္ဟုဆို၏

So ထို႕ေၾကာင့္
how do we sort this out? ယင္းကို ငါတို႕ အဘယ္မ်ိဳးႏြယ္ဟု သတ္မွတ္ရမည္နည္း။
Without rule of law, ဥပေဒသည္ မရွိပါပဲလ်က္
without proper Immigration processes, ေလ်ာ္ကန္ေသာ လူဝင္မွဳ စိစစ္ၿခင္းမရွိပဲလ်က္
without proper policy, သင့္ေလ်ာ္ေသာ မူဝါဒ မရွိပါပဲလ်က္
without appropriate implementation of the law. ေလ်ာ္ကန္ေသာ ဥပေဒလုပ္ထံုးလုပ္နည္း မရွိပါပဲလ်က္ အဘယ္သို႕သတ္မွတ္မည္နည္း။

This is why I said ဒါ့ေၾကာင့္ ငါသည္ဆို၏
the root of all this is ယင္းအားလံုးတို႕၏ အေၿခအၿမစ္သည္
the rule of law going back to many decades, ဆယ္စုႏွစ္မ်ားစြာ ေခတ္ေနာက္ၿပန္ေနေသာ ရူးေအာ့သည္ေလာသည္ ၿဖစ္၏။
not going back just to the crime that is just admitted a couple of months ago." လြန္ေလၿပီးေသာ လအနည္းက ၿဖစ္ေသာရာဇဝတ္မွဳမ်ားကို ကားမဆိုလိုေခ်။ ငါ့သွ်င္....
